• Or a Tibetan refugee who landed in India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of making India their permanent home and residing there permanently.
• Pakistanis, Burmese, Sri Lankans, Kenyans, Ugandans, Tanzanians, Zambians, Malawians, Zaireans, Ethiopians, and Vietnamese who moved permanently to India.

CUET 2024 Exam Pattern

Students who appear for the CUET 2024 Exam must check the CUET 2024 exam pattern that was released by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the exam conducting body, along with the notification and information brochure. 

CUET UG 2024  exam mode is going to be conducted in a computer-based mode also known as the CBT. CUET UG 2024  exam pattern will have -

CUET 2024 Marking Scheme

• Five marks (+5) for each correct answer or most appropriate answer
• One mark (-1) will be deducted for each incorrect option marked
• No mark will be given to questions that remain unanswered/marked for review.
• Each correct option will be awarded five marks (+5) if more than one option is found correct.
• All those who attempt the question will receive 5 marks (+5) if all options are correct.
• In the event that no options are found to be correct or the question is found to be incorrect or dropped, all candidates who have attempted the dropped question will receive five marks (+5).
