CUET UG 2024 Exam City Intimation Slip to be Released on or Before May 5th

The examination will begin May 15, 2024 and will conclude with the last exam on May 24, 2024.

NTA is anticipated to release the CUET UG 2024 exam city intimation slip to be released on or before May 5th for undergraduate (UG) programs on its official website on Saturday or Sunday.

The city initiation slip can be downloaded from the official website, https://exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/, by candidates who have registered for the examination.

For about 13.48 lakh candidates, the NTA will conduct the CUET (UG) 2024 in Hybrid Mode (CBT and Pen & Paper) in 380 cities, including 26 outside the country.

For subjects such as Accountancy, Economics, Physics, Computer Science / Informatics Practices, Chemistry, Mathematics / Applied Mathematics, and General Test, the test duration will be 60 minutes.

For the sake of providing equal opportunity to all candidates, it has been decided to conduct the test papers in pen and paper format, as chosen by the majority of candidates.

Earlier, UGC Chief Jagadesh Kumar said normalisation of scores for the Common University Entrance Test-UG and the National Eligibility Test is being done away with from this year.

In normalisation, a student's score is revised so that it can be compared with another student's score. Multiple sessions of the same subject with different papers are required when an examination is held in multiple sessions. There have been concerns raised by students about the normalization of scores "unfairly" affecting their performance.
